Budget Planner

Use this guide below to help set your flower budget with Eden. It is divided into 2 parts - your wedding party flowers and your Ceremony / Reception decoration.

Wedding party:

A bouquet for the bride, 3 bridesmaids and a flower girl.

Buttonholes for the Guys - 8 is fairly typical

2 Corsages for the Mums

Budget figure - £500.00. (Allow approx £65.00 for each additional Bridesmaid and £7.50 for additional buttonholes)

Ceremony / Reception Flowers:

Based on approx 80 guests, repurposing designs where possible.

Simple decoration - something pretty for the Ceremony, your tables and a few extras  like confetti, fresh flowers for your cake etc.  -  allow £1000.00

Something a bit more special  - as above but with a few statement pieces like pedestal arrangements or a not too lavish flower arch - allow £2000

For a flower filled wedding with some show stopping florals - allow upwards of £5000

Factors that affect your budget

Guest numbers - the more guests, the more tables , table decorations are usually the largest part of the flower budget.

Bridesmaids and Flower Girls - Each of them will need something to carry something.

Large, statement florals - like a flower or foliage arch. Stunning for your photos and a fabulous scene- setter but allow a good budget for these. They are logistically more challenging to make, use lots of flowers and foliages but also worth every penny!
